Job Description:

A company is looking for a Lead Actuary to support value-based care initiatives in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and enhance the platform for value-based care program reporting and analytics
Implement customer value-based care programs within the platform
Utilize actuarial expertise to evaluate VBC programs and contracts, making recommendations for platform improvements

Required Qualifications

8+ years of healthcare experience
Value-Based Care (VBC) experience
ASA or FSA certification
Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative or engineering field
Experience with SQL and Excel for data analysis
