Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Release Train Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitates and coaches a moderately complex Agile Release Train
(ART) using SAFe principles
Drives PI Planning readiness and fosters Continuous Exploration
processes
Encourages collaboration among teams and stakeholders to improve
value delivery and operational excellence
Required Qualifications
5+ years of related experience, including 2+ years on large-scale,
technically complex projects
Familiarity with Agile Lifecycle Management Tools like Azure DevOps
or JIRA Align
Experience working within the SAFe Framework in roles such as IT
Project Manager or Scrum Master
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum/Kanban development methodologies
Success in collaborating with multiple teams of stakeholders,
including IT and Business Teams
