Job Description:
A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to oversee
multiple teams of software engineers in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor remote engineering teams, ensuring high standards
of software quality
Oversee Agile practices and project management strategies to
deliver projects on time and within scope
Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the team while
collaborating with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience managing engineering teams and 5+ years in
software engineering
Experience leading geographically diverse teams in a remote work
environment
Proven success in navigating complex challenges and maintaining
team accountability
Experience in conducting interviews and hiring for engineering
roles
Background in developing SaaS applications/platforms
