Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Claims (Medicaid).
Key Responsibilities
Administer claims payments and maintain claim records
Manage and develop a team to meet performance targets
Compile and submit departmental reports to management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience
5-7 years of relevant experience
Graduate Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education
and experience
7-9 years of preferred experience
Certification in Training and Development preferred for specific
managerial roles
