Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Content Safety Operations,
Trust and Safety.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the Content Safety Ops team and enforce Community and
Advertising Guidelines
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop policies, conduct
risk assessments, and provide guidance on content enforcement
Resolve escalations and improve operational processes, tools, and
policy gaps
Required Qualifications
3+ years of direct people management experience
5+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, Content Moderation, or
Enforcement operations
Experience in launching operational processes and enabling
scale
Ability to manage ambiguity and leverage data-driven decision
frameworks
Exceptional communication skills across functions at all levels
