Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Community Division
Reporting & Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of financial data
management initiatives and analytics frameworks
Collaborate with IT and finance teams to ensure optimal performance
of financial data systems
Manage and mentor a team of analysts to drive data-driven
decision-making and reporting capabilities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in relevant
fields
10-12 years of healthcare managerial/administrative experience
required; 12+ years preferred
Familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau
preferred
Technical proficiency with programming languages such as Python and
SQL
Experience with training platforms such as Articulate 360
preferred
