Join our team at Oakland Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center as a RN Unit Manager for our Memory Care or Subacute Unit!Full-time opportunityCompetitive WagesPay in lieu of Benefit-$3/hrEmployee Transportation Provided in Patterson areaDaily Pay Available and so much More!Responsibilities for a Unit Manager:Assume responsibility and accountability for resident care on assigned unitOversees resident care to promote the highest level of physical, mental, and psychosocial functioning possible for assigned unitEnsures complete and prompt reporting of incidents with follow-up as necessary to Administrator and Director of NursingActively participates in committee/programs as directed by Director of NursingParticipates in the development and implementation of new policies and procedures based on identified needsQualifications for a Unit ManagerMust possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in New JerseyNursing degree from an accredited college or university required.Five (5) or more years of nursing experience: Two (2) years or more years of experience as a supervisor in a nursing care center, hospital or other related health care Center- requiredMust be able to read, write, understand, and speak the English language with proficiency.
