Job Description:
A company is looking for a Psychiatry Regional Specialty Manager
for the Ohio Valley Region.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a sales team to promote life-changing treatments
for neurological and psychiatric disorders
Recruit, coach, and retain top talent while ensuring the team meets
sales objectives
Develop and implement strategies for market penetration and
effective communication with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
BS/BA degree with 12+ years of sales experience in the
biotech/pharmaceutical industry, including 5+ years in sales
management
Demonstrated success in building sales teams in specialty
pharmaceuticals, particularly in psychiatry or neurology
Experience in Community Mental Health Clinics, Long Term Care, or
specialty pharmacy distribution is preferred
Proven sales performance and experience with business systems and
salesforce automation platforms
Valid driver's license in good standing
