Job Description:

A company is looking for a Program Manager III to enhance program efficiency and manage multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service levels, and regulatory compliance
Develop strategies for improvement and ensure resource alignment
Manage multiple projects through the full project life cycle, including planning and execution

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
5+ years of project implementation or program management experience
Experience in claims or enrollment functions strongly preferred
Familiarity with claims adjudication preferred
Managed care or prescription benefit management experience preferred
