*What You'll Do:*

*Leadership & Strategy*

*Lead and manage a team of network engineers to ensure seamless 24x7 operations.*
*Drive the restructuring and modernization of our network-this is a hands-on, transformation-focused role.*
*Align network strategies with business goals and industry best practices.*

*Network Implementation & Optimization*

Oversee network deployment, scaling, and optimization to enhance reliability.
Work with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and future-proof infrastructure.

*Technical Adaptability & Problem-Solving*

Get up to speed quickly-this role requires a self-starter who is resourceful and solutions-focused.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues to ensure high availability.

*Security & Compliance*

Implement network security best practices to protect infrastructure.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, audits, and evolving security requirements.

*Vendor & Stakeholder Collaboration*

Manage relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure cost-effective, high-quality solutions.
Partner with internal IT teams to align network strategies with business objectives.

*What You Bring:*
* Proven experience leading and managing a network engineering team.
* Strong technical background in Cisco or Juniper-willingness to adapt to Extreme Networks.
* Hands-on experience managing 24x7 network operations in a complex environment.
* Expertise in network restructuring, scaling, and modernization.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and project management abilities.
* Willing to be onsite regularly in Sayre, PA & Binghamton, NY.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Schedule:
* 8 hour shift
* Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:
