Job Description:
SpineSearch is seeking an experienced and highly motivated
Clinical Manager to join a rapidly growing orthopedic spine and
pain management group.This is a Monday through Friday, full time
position requiring travel to their different offices in the
area.*Key Responsibilities:** Conduct comprehensive patient history
intakes and accurately enter data into the electronic medical
record (EMR) system.* Send out prescriptions as directed by the
physician, adhering to all applicable regulations.* Coordinate and
schedule all diagnostic imaging (e.g., MRIs, CT scans) and
referrals to specialist physicians.* Digitize and organize new
patient charts and all clinical documentation; ensure accurate and
timely scanning of records.* Schedule patient consultations,
follow-up appointments, and procedure visits.* Assist providers
during patient visits, procedures, and treatments as needed.*
Supervise and support medical assistant staff, ensuring high
performance and adherence to clinical protocols.*Requirements:**
Current *New Jersey RN license* in good standing.* Minimum of *2
years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role* in a
clinical setting.* Prior experience in orthopedic, spine, or pain
management preferred.* Ability to work collaboratively within a
