Remote Physical Therapist JAG is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our team. As a remote physical therapist, you will have the opportunity to provide care-first rehabilitation services to our at-home population. What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree required, Doctorate degree preferred
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state practicing in
• Valid CPR License
• Excellent oral, written communication
• Strong clinical decision-making skills
• Basic computer skills
• Maintains a positive, professional demeanor at all times What You'll Do:
  • Collects and records patient care data
  • Prepares for evaluations and administers tests
  • Establishes treatment plans and collaborates with interdisciplinary team
  • Provides education/training to patients and their support system
  • Responsible for treatment, plan of care, and exercise prescription
  • Demonstrates respectful interactions with patients, colleagues, and others
