• Certification Details
• REQUIRED: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
• AHA BLS - Basic Life Support Certificate
• AHA ACLS - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support Certificate
• AHA NIHSS
• Education - Required: Graduate of accredited Nursing program.
  • Job Details
  • 7 Adult ICU's with the largest being 32 beds
  • Provides professional nursing care through skillful assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation in accordance with facility or department policies and procedures.
  • Directs and manages the care of designated patients.
  • Utilizes effective and appropriate communication styles.
  • Assists in maintaining a safe work environment and maintains clinical and professional competency as appropriate to the population of patients served.
    • Job Requirements
    • Proof of COVID & FLU vaccination must be provided at time candidate is submitted. Declinations are accepted.
    • LVHN requires a full Hep B series (3 doses) or positive Hep B antibody documentation.
    • ICU RN's will be required to float to other level units including MS/TELE if requested.
    • Unit manager looking for RN's with Level 1, teaching, and large hospital experience.
    • 1 year Acute Care Experience and/or experience congruent with role in service line.
