Job Description: We are seeking an experienced RN - Nurse Educator for a pediatric ICU team. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background with at least 2 years of med/surg experience. This position will involve educating and supporting nursing staff within a high-acuity pediatric setting, ensuring best practices in patient care. Key Responsibilities: Provide education and training for nursing staff in the pediatric ICU. Support clinical staff with their development and continued education in nursing practices. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of nursing education programs. Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure the highest standards of patient care. Skills and Qualifications: 2 years of med/surg experience required. Solid clinical background and understanding of pediatric nursing. Active New York State RN License and Primary Source Verification.
