  Full Time to Per Diem hours, based on facility need. School Hours: 8 am to 3 pm.
  Must be familiar and comfortable with catheterization, diabetes type 1 and G Tube medication.
  Promotes and protects the optimal health status of students
  Provides health assessments
  Obtains a health history
  Identifies abnormal health findings
  Provides for emergency nursing management for injuries/illnesses
  Promotes and assists in the control of communicable disease
  Provides health education and anticipatory guidance
  Provides direct health education
  Serves as a resource person to the school staff members in health instruction
  
  Qualifications:
  Registered Nurse
  CPR Certified
  
  Minimum of two (2) year's experience in emergent care nursing, school health nursing or pediatric nursing.
  School Nurse / Non-Instructional Standard Certificate (or open to obtaining)
  
  Shift: Days - 8am to 3pm
  Contract Length: As needed.
