  Responsibilities

  --- Collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders to optimize resource allocation and improve patient care delivery systems

  Required and Preferred Qualifications
  Required:
  --- Master's degree in nursing or related field; Doctorate in nursing or health administration preferred
  --- Current RN licensure and relevant certifications in nursing leadership
  --- 10+ years of progressive nursing leadership experience, including experience in a senior management role
  --- Demonstrated ability to lead large teams, manage complex projects, and drive change initiatives
  --- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and quality
  improvement methodologies
  Preferred:
  --- Experience in a multi-facility healthcare system or academic medical center
  --- Track record of successful implementation of nursing practice initiatives that enhance patient care
  --- Active participation in professional nursing organizations and community health initiatives
  Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
  --- Proficient in healthcare management software and electronic health record (EHR) systems
