Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform thorough physical assessments to diagnose patients' movement dysfunctions and functional limitations.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and clinical goals.
  • Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions and procedures to restore function and promote patient wellness.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed to maximize effectiveness.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, techniques, and lifestyle changes to aid recovery and prevent future injury.
  • Document all evaluations, treatment sessions, progress notes, and discharge summaries in accordance with regulatory and facility requirements.
  • Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment following infection control guidelines.
