Job Description:
A company is looking for an Early Careers & University Recruiter
to drive innovative campus recruiting efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the entire campus recruiting lifecycle, including on-campus
events and candidate pipelines
Promote the company as an employer of choice and guide interviewer
debrief sessions
Collaborate with global teams to develop new initiatives and
enhance hiring approaches
Required Qualifications
Experience in Campus, Early Career, or University Recruiting,
preferably in a technology environment
Ability to engage with high-demand students and manage multiple
offers from competitors
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and university
job boards
Experience in full-cycle technical recruiting
Background in high volume, technology-focused campus recruitment is
advantageous
