Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director - Global Human Resources
Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the global HR operations and technology transformation,
focusing on efficiency and cost savings
Develop and implement HR policies and a global HCM strategy,
including reporting and analytics
Create and manage global training and development programs,
enhancing employee onboarding and lifecycle management
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; Master's
degree preferred
10+ years of experience in at least two of the following areas:
Policy Development, Reporting & Analytics, Training & Development,
Benefits Strategy, Employee Onboarding, Talent Acquisition
