Workday Recruiting Consultant - 12-Month Contract - Hybrid
Hale International is excited to partner exclusively with a
prestigious higher education client undergoing a complete re-design
of their Workday Recruiting module. We are seeking a highly skilled
Workday Recruiting Consultant for a 12-month contract offering a
unique opportunity to lead a major transformation project within
higher education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the re-design, configuration, and optimization of the
Workday Recruiting module tailored to the specific needs of a
higher education institution.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess current processes,
gather requirements, and develop new workflows that enhance
recruitment efficiency.
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle
configuration, including job postings, candidate pipeline
management, offer processes, and reporting.
- Ensure smooth integration with other Workday modules such as
HCM, and with third-party tools used by the institution.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and ensure the
operational effectiveness of the newly configured system.
- Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for
end-users, ensuring smooth adoption of the newly designed
recruiting processes.
- Lead project milestones, including testing phases, system
validation, and go-live readiness.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Workday
Recruiting, specifically in high-level configuration and process
optimization.
- Proven experience in re-designing or implementing Workday
Recruiting for a higher education client or other large
organizations.
- Expertise in Workday Recruiting functionalities, including job
requisitions, candidate management, and recruiting analytics.
- Strong technical and functional skills in Workday, particularly
in integrating recruiting with other Workday modules and external
systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous
improvement and innovation.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to work
effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all
levels.
