New Jersey law firm with multiple offices seeking Personal Injury Attorney to join their team!

QUALIFICATIONS:

NJ barred
2+ years personal injury experience, plaintiff side a plus
Bilingual Spanish a plus
Proficiency in negotiating settlement with insurance carriers and resolving property damage claim
Candidate must be willing to travel to court.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Focus on a variety of Personal Injury cases not limited to auto, motorcycle, truck, or slip-and-fall accidents.
Able to handle complex Personal Injury cases from intake to verdict or settlement and be extremely thorough.
Communicate with clients to learn about their legal needs and concerns and provide advice. Develop Strategies to resolve cases favorably and cost-effectively.
Review discovery documents and determine the best course of action for each client in each case.
Take, review, and administer full depositions and oral hearings of cases witnesses and experts.
Prepare all documents required to file cases. (150 caseload)
Work closely with legal assistants and paralegals to prepare a comprehensive brief on each case that goes to trial.
Maintain a regular schedule of hearings, court appearances, and conferences, based on cased requirements.
Schedule and administer full depositions of cases, witnesses, and experts.
