ARRT - CT Scan Technologist

Position Overview: Are you a tech whiz with a knack for making people feel at ease? MLee Healthcare (MLR.org) is seeking an experienced and dedicated CT Technologist to join our team as a key member. As a CT Technologist, you'll be the superhero behind the scenes, using your expertise to capture those crucial cross-sectional images that help diagnose and treat our patients. Your role will be vital in our mission to deliver top-tier care with a smile.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients with a friendly smile and guide them through the CT scanning process, making sure they feel comfortable and informed.
• Operate our state-of-the-art CT scanners to produce high-quality images that assist in diagnosing various medical conditions.
• Perform routine checks and maintenance on CT equipment to ensure everything runs smoothly and safely.
• Collaborate with our amazing team of radiologists, doctors, and nurses to provide the best possible care and discuss imaging results.
• Keep accurate records of imaging procedures, patient information, and any relevant details in our electronic systems.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure environment for both patients and staff. Qualifications:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field.
  • Current certification as a CT Technologist (ARRT or equivalent) and state licensure as required by Connecticut.
  • Previous experience in a clinical CT setting is a plus, but enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are just as important!
  • Excellent communication skills, a patient-first attitude, and a knack for troubleshooting. Bonus points if you have a sense of humor and love working as part of a team!
