Job Description:
A company is looking for an M&A Integration and Ops
Associate, Corporate Development.
Key Responsibilities
Lead acquisitions and manage the deal process from business case
development to execution and post-close value capture
Partner with functional teams to develop the integration approach
and organizational structure for the acquired company
Monitor the integration process, address roadblocks, and provide
updates on progress and outcomes to senior leadership
Required Qualifications
Extensive experience supporting and leading M&A integration
efforts for multiple deals
Strong sense of accountability and ownership in driving initiatives
end-to-end
Ability to work in fast-paced, quickly evolving situations
Proficient in stakeholder management and strategic
communications
Deep understanding of SMB markets and customer values
