Apply today, we can't wait to meet you!We are located a 115 S Broadway, Yonkers, NY 10701.WHEN YOU WORK AT YONKERS CENTER AS A LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN) YOU CAN ENJOY* **$10,500 Sign on Bonus*** 1199 UNION BENEFITS* WEEKLY PAYROLL STARTING* Health Insurance* Dental Insurance* Vision Insurance* Daily Pay- Work Today Get Paid Today!* Paid Time Off* Holiday Pay* Direct Deposit* Full and Part Time Positions* Flexible SchedulingPay Rate: $30.13/hr , up to 33.14/hr#2025:Some of your Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Responsibilities include:* Admissions, Discharge and Transfers of residents* Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians* Medication administration* Following infection control, emergencies, and other center policies* Collaborating with resident's interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes* Identifying and reporting all abnormal changes in residents' condition to proper personnel per center policy* Works under direct supervision in accordance with the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, facility Policies and Procedures, and nursing judgment.* Delivers nursing care to patients/residents requiring long-term or rehabilitative care.* Collects patient/resident data, makes observations, and reports pertinent information related to the care of the patient/resident.* According to state-specific regulations, implements the patient/resident plan of care and evaluates the patient/resident response.* In accordance with state-specific regulations, directs and supervises care given by other nursing personnel in selected situations.* Maintains knowledge of necessary documentation requirements.* Maintains knowledge of equipment set-up, maintenance and use, i.e., monitors, infusion devices, drain devices, etc.* Maintains confidentiality and patient/resident rights, regarding all patient/resident/ personnel information.Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) QUALIFICATIONS:* LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) licensed by the State* CPR Certification required* Two Years prior nursing experience preferred::
