Encounter Analyst

Job Description:

A company is looking for an Encounter Analyst I to manage encounter data submission and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Create schedules and monitor encounter data submissions to regulatory agencies
Analyze metrics deviations and identify root causes during the remediation process
Document and analyze the end-to-end encounter life cycle and related errors

Required Qualifications

6 years of related healthcare and/or IT work experience
Bachelor's degree
Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Knowledge of healthcare claims adjudication systems and EDI formats
Proficiency in SQL and experience with reporting tools like Tableau or Power BI
