A company is looking for a Senior Logistics Analyst, Small
Parcel.
Key Responsibilities
Support customer success activities to ensure an exceptional
customer experience
Collaborate with Carrier Relations to meet service capabilities and
performance standards
Monitor business metrics and assist with customer inquiries to
maintain high service levels
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
preferred
2+ years of small parcel experience required
2 - 4 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Customer
Success, Transportation, or Logistics preferred
Background knowledge of parcel carriers and logistics preferred
Data analytics experience with Excel proficiency preferred
