Job Title: SAP EHS Functional Consultant - Life Sciences/Pharma

Location: CST Time Zone (Remote/Onsite as required)



Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP EHS Functional Consultant with a strong background in the Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional knowledge of SAP PLM-EHS and will play a critical role in ensuring compliance, safety, and quality across various operational domains.



Key Responsibilities:

Act as the functional expert in SAP EHS within a Life Sciences/Pharma environment.
Ensure full GxP compliance in all relevant modules and processes.
Support and manage Receiving Inspection and Results Recording workflows.
Handle Engineering Change Management (ECM) and Quality Inspection processes within SAP.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of EHS functionalities with business operations.
Provide insights and recommendations to align SAP EHS with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Conduct fit-gap analysis, prepare functional specifications, and lead user acceptance testing (UAT).
Deliver training and knowledge transfer to business users and internal teams.



Required Skills & Experience:

12+ years of overall experience with a strong focus on SAP PLM - EHS Functional roles.
Proven experience working in Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) modules specific to the Pharma/Life Sciences industry.
Strong understanding of GxP compliance standards and practices.
Hands-on experience with Receiving Inspection, Results Recording, and Quality Processes.
Proficiency in Engineering Change Management (ECM).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable working in CST Time Zone.
