We're looking for a hands-on, boots-on-the-ground Maintenance Mechanical Engineer to lead reliability, performance, and safety for high-horsepower motors, high-voltage systems, large rotating equipment, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial pumps & drives.

This is NOT a design role - this is for the engineer who lives for troubleshooting, optimizing, and keeping critical equipment running at peak performance in a high-demand manufacturing environment.



What You'll Tackle:

Drive mechanical reliability & preventative maintenance for large industrial equipment.
Work with high-voltage, high-horsepower motors, pumps, gearboxes, and rotating systems.
Lead root cause analysis & continuous improvement projects.
Partner with maintenance, operations, and purchasing to maximize uptime & control costs.
Execute capital projects, retrofits, and system upgrades.



What You Bring:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or similar).
2+ years in a maintenance engineering role within industrial manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of motors, drives, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, and rotating equipment.
No sponsorship available (must be authorized to work in the U.S.).



Bonus Points For:

Lean Six Sigma / Reliability Engineering tools.
Experience with CMMS, vibration analysis, or condition monitoring.
Passion for hands-on problem solving and being where the action is.
