A company is looking for an SEO and Website Manager to lead
their SEO and website UX initiatives for a developer audience.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement on-page SEO and CRO strategies to enhance
customer acquisition and content performance
Conduct regular content audits and provide optimization
recommendations to improve SEO metrics
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective
implementation of SEO and CRO best practices
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in CRO/growth, SEO, or content strategy
Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams
Technical aptitude to understand developer-centric content
Experience with A/B testing and user funnel optimization
techniques
Experience managing a website or SEO program independently at a
fast-growing startup
