Job Description:
A company is looking for a Psychiatrist for remote emergency
department coverage.
Key Responsibilities
Provide psychiatric assessments for an Intake Stabilization
Unit
Work on-call from 5:00 pm to 5:00 am Pacific time, 7 days a
week
Utilize telemedicine technology to deliver patient care from
home
Required Qualifications
Active Medical licensure (MD/DO) in California
ABPN certification preferred; ABPN eligibility in good standing
acceptable
Experience working with emergency department settings is a plus
Case log of the last two years required
Active DEA licensure in California preferred
