Job Description:
A company is looking for a Central Sales Agent to join their
remote team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide informed and accurate responses to customer inquiries about
products and services via phone and email
Maintain quality performance on incoming calls and emails,
achieving departmental KPIs
Collaborate with team members and managers to meet monthly
departmental goals and adapt to changing workflows
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED equivalent; college preferred
1+ year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a
call center environment
Proficiency in using a PC and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work in a distraction-free environment with high-speed
internet
Bilingual candidates are desired
